Who We Are
FWIA(Faith & Work Institute for All Nations)는 일과 영성을 추구하는 사람들이 일에 대한 사명감과 목적의식을 갖게 하여, 일터와 산업 문화에 유익과 변화를 줄 수 있도록 돕고자 하는 기관입니다. 이를 위해 성경적 가치관에 기초한 다양한 콘텐츠를 개발하고 창의적 지식과 정보를 공유함으로써 다음 세대의 역량을 끌어올리고 영향력있는 커뮤니티 문화로 발전시켜 나갈 것입니다.
FWIA exists to assist in promoting positive change in the workplace and the work culture by providing people with a sense of ownership and purpose to their work. By creating diverse content founded in biblical values, sharpening creativity and wisdom, as well as sharing resources, we hope to inspire the next generation in the workplace and foster an influential community culture.
Our Mission

FWIA equips professionals, church leaders, and next-generation leaders to integrate faith and work through biblical resources, connects them through mentoring communities, and mobilizes the next generation to discover their calling and transform industry culture.
